To improve settlement of payments for
the consumed energy sources, stabilize the housing and public utility sector, and
fuel and energy enterprises, the bill (Reg. No.7185) amends the Laws "On
Drinking Water and Water Supply" and "On Heat Supply", suggesting current
accounts with the special terms of use to handle the accounts for the
electrical power consumption during the rendering of services.
In particular, "the drinking water supply enterprises shall enter funds as payments for the drinking water supply services from all the categories of consumers exclusively onto the account with the special terms of use to handle the accounts for the electrical power consumption during the rendering of services."
The bill suggests opening current accounts with the special terms of use in the authorized banks to effect payments for natural gas and electrical energy.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine shall set the order for handling these accounts.
The People´s Deputies are convinced that implementation of the suggested mechanism would guarantee full payments for the electrical power consumption during the rendering of services.
